As we learn to cultivate greater compassion for ourselves, we become inclined to let go of the negative patterns of self defeating thoughts, feelings and behaviors that have kept us stuck, unhappy or unable to thrive in our lives.  All of our services are designed to support you on your journey to mind-body-heart connection.  Our goal is to help move you from an ego state to a state of soul connection. It is from this connection that self-love is awakened and as you learn to love and heal yourself, you will subsequently heal your relationships.

The following services are available through the Love Yourself Program. Pick and choose from these offerings and together we will create a customized program in holistic living  that’s just right for you. 

Cultivating Your Self-Care Practice:

Do you have a regular practice of dedicating time in your busy day to just take care of YOU? If not, we’re excited to support you in creating your own rhythm of self-care.  Research shows that carving out time for yourself on a regular basis has proven benefits including increased mood, mental capacity, emotional balance, physical comfort and overall health.  Our clinicians and staff will support you in identifying your current barriers to creating this time for yourself and help you integrate a self-care practice suited to your personal lifestyle. This service is the foundation of the Love Yourself Program and supports any/all of our other services.

Meditation is the practice of bringing our mind to a single point of concentration. When we focus exclusively on one thing, we experience full presence. Spending our time thinking about the past or the future inevitably leads to anxiety, sadness, anger or any other sensation that can take us out of the present moment and rob us of the opportunity to experience what is happening right in front of us. Cultivating a regular meditation practice benefits our mind as well as our body and spirit: it facilitates better focus, more peace, less emotional reactivity, improved sleep, increased circulation and greater mental longevity. Meditation can be stationary or moving and, depending on the lineage of practice, will involve various aspects of concentration. Our practitioners will draw upon different traditions to create a customized meditation practice that fits your lifestyle.

Yoga:

The essence of yoga is union, or wholeness. While yoga can include a variety of practices, such as breathing techniques and meditation, here we are specifically referring to the physical practice of yoga, also known as asana. When we align the movement of our bodies with our conscious breath, we create the foundation for greater presence, mindfulness and self-awareness. Yoga not only improves our physical strength, flexibility, balance and circulation, but also enhances our mental focus, our nervous system and our sense of compassion and connection with ourself and others. Our clinicians offer an array of yoga styles ranging from gentle restorative poses to energized vinyasa flow, and can customize a practice to fit your interests, needs and experience.

Breath Work:

Our breath is the essence of our survival and our most powerful tool for transformation. When we learn to control our breath, we can learn to control our thoughts and, subsequently, our emotional and behavioral responses. Our clinicians are trained in a variety of breath-work modalities that are all designed to create a safe space for you to release any blocks that may be holding you back from living an authentic and vital life. Through the simple power of your conscious breath, you can learn to move through any physical and emotional stagnation in your body, increase mental clarity, improve circulation and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and freedom.

Energy Work:

Our energetic body is directly connected with our physical body, our mental body and our emotional body. For a gentle approach in expanding your awareness around current energetic blocks and helping you move through them, our clinicians offer a variety of modalities including Reiki, Chakra Balancing and Acupressure.  You can choose from any or all of these modalities to support the alignment of your mind, body and spirit. Whether you are experiencing physical, emotional, mental or energetic ailments or you simply desire support in maintaining your current sense of balance, energy work is a gentle hands-on approach to overall wellness and healing.

Holistic Nourishment:

Nourishment is more than nutrition – it is a lifestyle that encourages feeding your whole body with anything that contributes to your overall health and radiance. Our holistic nourishment service is a food-based program for individuals seeking support with implementing a truly balanced diet, providing you with the tools you need to eat food that is both good for you and good for our planet. Whether you are confused about what healthy food actually is and where it comes from, are seeking guidance in planning for and preparing your meals, or you feel completely overwhelmed when entering a grocery store, we will support and empower you to take your health into your own hands.  This service can include support with pantry and fridge organization, grocery shopping, meal planning, meal preparation, recipes and educational resources.  Our practitioners work with you to determine the best plan to help you meet your goals and achieve desired results.  Our goal is ultimately to provide you with the tools you need in order to succeed on your own.

Wellness Coaching & Accountability:

If you know what you want but face challenges when it comes to setting clear goals and following through with your commitments, then it’s time to empower yourself with the tools you need to live up to your fullest potential.  Our clinicians will work with you to identify your vision for personal health and wellness and the steps necessary to get you where you want to be.  Together, we will explore the obstacles getting in the way of your success and help you hold yourself accountable to your goals through structures that align with your personal lifestyle.  It is often not enough to simply know what your goals are; sometimes even with a clear vision we need help building the infrastructure to follow through and make them a reality. It is not always easy to ask for help and we honor your courage. If you are ready to turn your vision into a reality, our wellness coaching and accountability services can help.

Intimacy Coaching:

For individuals or couples struggling with issues related to trust, emotional safety, vulnerability or intimacy, our coaches offer you the simple tools to reclaim the parts of yourself that may have been unknowingly turned off, intentionally neglected or altogether forgotten.  Learn to reawaken all of your senses through basic mindfulness and intimacy-based practices including eye gazing, non-sexual touch, personal reflection, grounding techniques, intentional communication and active listening. Intimacy coaching is an alternative to talk therapy or traditional couples therapy.  Often times while therapy helps to identify blocks and barriers, we may find ourselves stuck and unable to break through them.  You may feel frustrated or hopeless because nothing else has worked or perhaps you’re simply seeking experiential support rather than traditional therapy methods.  If so, intimacy coaching may be just what you’re searching for.
