BETRAYAL TRAUMA: THERAPY GROUPS

Finding an in-person trauma informed partners group conveniently located or one that fits into your schedule can be quite a challenge. These online groups are intended for partners who have experienced relational/betrayal trauma and need the support of therapeutic coaching in a safe, confidential environment. The group facilitators will provide education and tools to help you on your healing journey from relational & betrayal trauma in a confidential and deeply caring environment with others who understand and relate to your experience. Learn more about relationship/betrayal trauma and discover ways to reduce trauma and set healthy boundaries.

These groups are facilitated weekly online through zoom for 1.5 hours. Sessions are payed at the beginning of every month and all members are required to make a 6-month minimum commitment.

MEN'S THERAPY GROUPS

If you feel alone in navigating how to be a man of integrity, while staying connected to your own recovery process AND tending to your relationships, this group will help. Relationships with others are healed through presence, attunement, and empathy. But first, we need to learn how to do that for ourselves.

You need a place to work out how to respond with authenticity and empathy to your partner’s trauma and pain. You need a place to deal with your own shame and guilt around your betrayal and sexual acting out behavior in order to show up fully to heal your relationship. Most important, you must learn skills to build rebuild intimacy, trust and connection with your partner.

If you have betrayed your partner and want to heal the relationship but feel stuck, this group is for you.

MEN'S INTIMACY THERAPY GROUP 
(California Residents Only)

Healing a relationship after betrayal can feel overwhelming.
Rebuilding trust and restoring intimacy might feel impossible. You might sometimes feel hopeless about healing the relationship even if you both desperately want it to work. If you have betrayed your partner and want to heal the relationship but feel stuck, this group is for you.

We have found that men who want their relationship to heal often feel lost in what to do to heal the relationship. Group therapy provides a powerful experience for men seeking the skills necessary to heal their relationships after betrayal.

Why Group Therapy?

You need a place to work out how to respond with authenticity and empathy to your partner’s trauma and pain. You need a place to deal with your own shame and guilt around your betrayal and sexual acting out behavior in order to show up fully to heal your relationship. Most important, you must learn skills to build rebuild intimacy, trust and connection with your partner

This group is facilitated weekly by a licensed therapist, is limited to 8 members and all sessions take place online for 1.5 hours. All members are required to make a 6-month minimum commitment.

When: Fridays from 2:00 – 3:30pm PST
